Booking and Cancellation Policies and Deadlines

POLICIES AND DEADLINES FOR RESERVATIONS:

Reservations are confirmed upon payment of an advance in the amount of 30% of the reservation value within 7 calendar days days after confirming the reservation request. The balance is payable upon check-in. In the event that payment has not been received within the specified terms, the reservation is cancelled.

PERIODS FOR CANCELLATION WITHOUT PENALTIES:

Cancellations of confirmed reservations for the summer season 2023 can be made without penalty up to 10 calendar days before the check-in date. In case of cancellation after this period or in case of non-appearance of tourists on the day of check-in, a penalty of 30% of the reservation amount will be deducted, deducting the pre-paid amount of the reservation.

In case of premature departure or curtailment of the stay on the reservation - amounts are not refundable.
