The prices do not include tourist tax, which is payable in the amount of 0.87BG/.0.44 EURO with VAT per person per day upon check-in at the complex reception.
10% discount for stays of three or more nights.
20% discount for stays of 7 or more nights
The price is per room per day in euros and includes:
- Overnight stay in selected room type
- Use of outdoor heated pool; children’s outdoor pool, fitness.
- Free parking space
- Free Wi-Fi throughout the complex
- Insurance, 9% VAT
Usage of umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach is not included in the price!
Check-in in the apartments starts at 3:00 p.m. Check-out – by 11:00 a.m.
Reservation policies and deadlines:
Reservations are confirmed upon payment of an advance payment of 30% of the reservation value within 7 calendar days after confirmation of the reservation request. The balance is paid upon check-in. In case payment is not received within the specified time limits, the reservation is canceled.
DISCOUNT FOR "EARLY REGISTRATION"
- 15% for reservations made by 30.12.2025 and paid in full by 10.01.2026 for a minimum of 3 nights
- The early bird discount can be combined with other discounts.
ACCOMMODATION DISCOUNT
- 15% discount for stays of 7 nights or more;
- 10% discount for stays of 3 nights or more.
CANCELLATION DEADLINES WITHOUT CHARGES:
Cancellations of confirmed reservations for the summer season 2026 can be made without penalty up to 7 calendar days before the check-in date. In case of cancellation after this period or in case of non-appearance of tourists on the day of check-in, a penalty of 30% of the reservation amount will be charged, while the prepaid amount for the reservation will be deducted.
In case of early departure or shortening of the stay for the reservation – amounts are not refundable.
PETS:
Accommodation with a pet is only possible after prior request when booking.
The specified additional fee for accommodation of a pet up to 5 kg. is 20 EURO/ 39.12 BGN per day and 40 EURO/ 78.23 BGN per day over 5 kg. The pet must be kept on a leash or in a suitable cage for transportation. It is required to have a passport and all required vaccines.
